SUMMARY:

A leading property environment is seeking a driven Property Management Professional to take ownership of operational and financial performance across a retail/commercial property portfolio. This is a career-building opportunity for a Property Manager or Junior Property Manager ready to step into a broader centreâmanagement role.

POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

You will be responsible for the full operational management of allocated properties, overseeing dayâtoâday centre performance, tenant relationships, budgeting, expense control, and general site operations.
The role requires a commercially minded individual with strong organisational capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain highâquality service levels across multiple buildings.
You will work closely with tenants, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, optimal financial performance, and strong tenant retention.

Education:

Diploma or degree in Property, Facilities, Real Estate, or relevant field (advantageous).
Additional property-related certifications beneficial.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

For Junior Property Manager level:

2–4 years’ experience in property management or centre management
Exposure to budgeting, expenses, leasing admin, and operations
Strong administration, organisation, and tenantârelationship skills

For Property Manager level:

5+ years’ experience in property or centre management (retail/commercial)
Proven experience handling full budgets, operational oversight, and tenant performance management
Ability to manage service providers, maintenance workflows, reporting, and escalations
Strong financial understanding and excellent stakeholderâmanagement capability
