A well established property management company is looking for a Commercial and Industrial Property manager to join their team in the East Rand.

POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a deadline driven, proactive and innovative Property Manager. This person will manage commercial and industrial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, occupied, and profitable. The role includes handling tenant needs, overseeing maintenance and service providers, managing budgets, and reporting on property performance while supporting leasing and operational activities.

Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Property (preferred)
5 + years experience in a similar role within commercial property
