Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing sales, staff, inventory, and daily operations
• Maintain stock control and perform regular reconciliations
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle complaints effectively
• Support promotional campaigns and in-store customer experiences
• Contribute to digital processes and content development for company products

• NQF 5 Diploma
• Minimum 3 years retail experience, including supervisory responsibilities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems

• Strong problem-solving and pragmatic judgment
• Achievement-oriented and self-aware
• Ability to supervise and inspire a diverse team
