JOB SUMMARY:
Junior Medical Receptionist - Durbanville
A private Educational Psychologist based in Durbanville, is seeking to appoint a junior medical receptionist to join their practice. The practice offers a wide variety of services, including individual psychotherapy, play therapy, psychological assessments, parental guidance, and presentations/ workshops.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Minimum requirement: Gr 12.
2 years of secretarial experience will be advantageous.
Previous experience with medical billing is advantageous.
Proficient in both English and Afrikaans
Computer literate

Duties:

Answering the office phone and emails
Scheduling patient consultations.
Patient billing.
Ordering office supplies.
Managing the day-to-day functions of the office.
Ensure that our reception area is well maintained
Filing of client’s files
Cleaning of psychologist’s office after each consultation.
