POSITION INFO:

An established company within the essential services and OHS compliance sector is seeking a motivated and target-driven Junior OHS Sales Consultant to focus on new business development and client growth within the Cape Town market.

This role is suited to a confident and proactive individual who is comfortable generating leads, building relationships, canvassing for new business, and developing a strong client base within the OHS and compliance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through active canvassing and networking
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline
• Develop and manage client relationships
• Identify opportunities within the market to support branch growth
• Conduct external client visits and sales meetings
• Promote OHS, safety, compliance, and related service offerings
• Follow up on quotations, leads, and client enquiries
• Meet sales and business development targets

Minimum Requirements

• Previous sales, canvassing, or client-facing experience advantageous
• Existing client network/database advantageous
• Confident in generating own leads and approaching new clients
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Own reliable transport advantageous
• Willingness to travel and conduct external sales activities
