Key Responsibilities: • Drive store sales performance and achieve monthly targets • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team • Manage stock control, daily operations, and store performance • Monitor budgets, profitability, and financial targets • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Ensure operational standards and OHS compliance • Conduct vehicle inspections and test drives where required • Analyse sales performance and implement improvement strategies ? Minimum Requirements: • Proven sales track record in retail or automotive industry • Experience managing or supervising staff • Exposure to budgets, targets, and financial performance • Strong leadership and team management ability • Valid SA Driver’s Licence and reliable transport ??
