A leading automotive retail brand is looking for a high-performing Sales Professional with management experience to grow into a Sales Manager role. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong sales ability and exposure to managing staff, budgets, and store performance.

? Salary: R25 000 – R28 000 CTC

? Key Responsibilities:
• Drive store sales performance and achieve monthly targets
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Manage stock control, daily operations, and store performance
• Monitor budgets, profitability, and financial targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure operational standards and OHS compliance
• Conduct vehicle inspections and test drives where required
• Analyse sales performance and implement improvement strategies

? Minimum Requirements:
• Proven sales track record in retail or automotive industry
• Experience managing or supervising staff
• Exposure to budgets, targets, and financial performance
• Strong leadership and team management ability
• Valid SA Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
