About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director at their Head Office. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, and able to manage a busy office environment while handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the Director’s diary and schedule meetings

Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and events

Prepare meeting agendas, briefing documents, and presentation packs
-
Take minutes in key meetings and ensure follow-up on action items
-
Screen calls, emails, and queries on behalf of the Director
-
Handle invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders
-
Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical)
-
Draft and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
-
Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Requirements
-
Matric (essential)
-
3–5 years experience as a PA / Executive Assistant supporting senior management
-
Strong organisational and time management skills
-
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
-
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
-
Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Professional discretion and reliability
