JOB SUMMARY:
Our Well Establish Company based in Pinetown KZN is looking for a Junior Administrator to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To purpose of this position is to provide accurate and reliable administrative support to the Parts Team.

Min Requirements:-

Grade 12 / Matric
Exposure to CRM systems and Parts on Autoline / Kerridge (Preferable)
Print daily reports
Filing of necessary documents
Assist in the preparation of meetings
Maintain approved supplier list
Assist with personnel documents copying, scanning, shedding and filing
Liaise with suppliers with regards to queries and complaints
Responsible for Tyre quoting, opening of job cards and invoicing & Tyre ordering
Parts Cash Sale account - handling of cash and clearing account
Assist with Debtors - resolve debtor queries
Ordering of Parts from other branches on a daily basis
Receiving all parts in the Department (Both internal and external purchases)
Opening of orders and processing of invoices for KZN
Monthly freight recons - assist with freight queries
