Junior Payroll Clerk (FMCG)

SUMMARY:
Our national client within the FMCG sector is looking to appoint a dynamic Junior Payroll Clerk.  This is for their branch in Centurion.

POSITION INFO:

• Grade 12 - HR Qualification will be an added advantage
• Experience in a retail environment will be an advantage
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Word is essential - Draw up and compile new Spreadsheets
• Accuracy with attention to detail essential
• Oversees a big staff compliment on payroll (i.e. 700 people)
• Gathering information - i.e. Clocking Reports
• Analyze data - break it down into separate parts to identify the errors should any arise
• Evaluating information - make sure everything is filled out correctly
• Processing information - capturing, recording and maintaining information in written and electronic form
• Maintaining reports and files
• Administrative duties
