SUMMARY:
Our national client within the Retail / FMCG sector is looking to appoint a dynamic Junior Payroll Clerk. This is for their branch in Centurion.

POSITION INFO:

Grade 12 - HR Qualification will be an added advantage
Experience in a retail environment will be an advantage
Good working knowledge of Excel and Word is essential - Draw up and compile new Spreadsheets
Accuracy with attention to detail essential
Oversees a big staff compliment on payroll (i.e. 700 people)
Gathering information - i.e. Clocking Reports
Analyze data - break it down into separate parts to identify the errors should any arise
Evaluating information - make sure everything is filled out correctly
Processing information - capturing, recording and maintaining information in written and electronic form
Maintaining reports and files
Administrative duties
