Junior Project Manager

SUMMARY:
We are recruiting for a Junior project Manager. You will support project delivery by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, maintaining communication, and ensuring quality outcomes.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project coordination or management
2. A completed university degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3. Experience or knowledge within the pharmaceutical or pharmacy sector
4. Knowledge of PowerBI (preferred)

• Project Coordination & Support: Provide assistance to the senior project team with the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring that deadlines, deliverables, and objectives are achieved.
• Task & Schedule Management: Keep task lists, timelines, and project trackers up to date, while helping monitor progress and flagging any risks or delays.
• Project Documentation: Compile and maintain key project documentation such as meeting notes, action items, and status reports.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication on project progress.
• Quality Assurance Support: Work closely with the team to ensure all deliverables meet the organisation’s quality standards.

• Ability to analyse and work with data, including processing, designing, and presenting information to support informed business decision-making
• Solid proficiency in MS Office

• Familiarity with leading data analytics tools such as Power BI is beneficial
