POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Hold a quantity surveying qualification
Possess a minimum of 2 years post-graduation experience, preferably with a building contractor
Confidence and strong communication skills
Ability to assert oneself in negotiation situations

Responsibilities:

Site measurements , assist in the preparation of monthly certificates , sub contractor payments and the management of contract documents
Conduct cost analysis and prepare estimates
Procurement process involvement, including obtaining quotes and negotiating prices
Monitoring project progress and costs to ensure adherence to budgets
Collaboration with project stakeholders for smooth project delivery
Maintenance of accurate records and documentation
