JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role of a recruitment consultant will equip you with knowledge and skills such as:
High level business acumen,
Client relationship development,
Growing your network and reputation in the industry,
Finding skilled candidates,
Advanced Interviewing skills,
Technical recruiting,
Negotiations,
Facilitating a recruitment processes, to ensure the placement of a candidate within a corporate or medium-sized enterprise.
Closing hundred thousand Rand deals!

Requirements:
A degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management,
No relevant experience required (we train recruiters!)
Make no mistake, the life of a recruiter is hard work. Days are full and busy, you need to have a perseverance spirit, a growth mindset and fearless determination to succeed!
You also need a heart for people, must enjoy interacting and working with people and want to help people improve their lives.
Our company offers graduates a full time three-week Recruitment Sales Training program, combined with support at the desk, to assist you in making a success of this job as quickly as possible.
