Junior Reservations / Functions / Banqueting Co-ordinator x 3 ***
Based in Drakensberg KZN
R8000 to R12000 per month

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

- Work in an office with 6 dynamic reservations staff.
- Suit a level-headed, logical person who has great people skills and experience in banqueting and conferencing looking to expand their career.
- Be able to converse with potential clients on the phone and market CSR – cognizance that a conference could bring in millions of Rands in business.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Fully trained in MS Office and emails, quotes, and contracts
- Good knowledge of the Opera Reservations System
- Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality and advantage
- Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in a similar position
- Willing to consider someone straight out of Hotel School on the minimum end of the salary
