Junior Sales Account Manager

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business opportunities. Manage the sales process from initial engagement through to deal closure. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide suitable solutions. Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and performance objectives. Support senior Account Managers with account management activities and client engagements. Assist in managing key customer accounts and ensuring prompt resolution of client queries. Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth. Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline activity. Stay informed on industry trends, products, services, and competitor activity. Minimum Requirements Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, or a customer-facing commercial role. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate technical solutions to clients. Experience dealing with SMEs and corporate clients will be advantageous. Skills & Competencies Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Commercially minded with strong business acumen. Confident presenter and negotiator. Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into business results. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
