Junior Spa Manager

Salary: R14 000 – R18 000 depending on Experience
Area: Central Cape Town

Description of position:
We are looking for an industry professional with a dynamic personality, that has strong leadership skills to assist the spa manager with the daily duties of this leading five star spa. Someone who has been in a similar role, or is a head therapist seeking to grow their career.

Requirements:
Qualified in the beauty industry
Fully qualified therapist with an international qualification
MUST HAVE ESP experience
MUST have their own transport
Must be able to speak Afrikaans and English really well
Strong in retail sales and being able to mentor the staff in their selling skills
Great verbal and written communication
Flexible work shifts and weekends.
Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC
Minimum 2 years in a senior therapist or Assistant Manager role
Microsoft Proficiency, especially Excel
ESP experience an advantage
Mature and responsible
Passionate and target driven
Well-groomed to present the brand
Strong verbal and written communication
Own reliable transport
Strong leadership skills
Flexible and available to work late shifts.
