SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Junior Structural Engineer to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will assist in structural design, analysis, and project support while gaining practical experience under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing structural drawings, calculations, and specifications.
Support senior engineers with design, analysis, and technical documentation.
Conduct supervised site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress.
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to support project delivery.
Learn and apply local building codes, SANS standards, and ECSA requirements.
Contribute to project reports, compliance documentation, and technical submissions.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Recent graduates or engineers with 0–3 years of experience in structural engineering.
Knowledge of structural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, Tekla Structures).
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Registration as an Engineering Candidate (ECSA) is a plus but not mandatory.
