JOB DESCRIPTION:

An opportunity for a Junior Structural Engineer with around 2 - 4 years experience to join a multidisciplinary, collaborative team of consulting engineers.

Requirements:

BSc Civil Engineer
be experienced in working in a multi-disciplinary team finding holistic design solutions
A strong understanding of engineering principles and the appropriate use of technical analysis and design software packages
be conversant with relevant design and building codes
Enjoy collaborating and problem solving.

Position description:

Demonstrating a passion for structural engineering, a flair for structural engineering design and practical understanding of buildings.
Supporting the team in the structural engineering design of projects, taking responsibility for discrete packages of structural engineering work.
Demonstrate a strong ability to communicate through sketching, drawing, presentations and in writing
Understanding priorities and deadlines
