JOB SUMMARY:
Our client a very well know KFC Franchise organization is looking to employ a KFC Restaurant Manager for two areas:

1. George Area
2. Oudtshoorn

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Please note that the candidates applying for this position must have experience in the KFC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that staffing levels are determined as per business levels and requirements
Ensure that all reporting and control procedures in the areas of operational compliance are in place.
Maximize sales and profit through operational excellence.
Implement a plan to improve performance and ensure the achievement of monthly objectives for restaurants.
Oversee prompt and appropriate resolution of all complaints (health inspectors, customers, and employees)
Oversee training and designated certification, including Team Member Training.
Ensure that management and staff are aware of company policies and procedures and implement company programmes initiated by various departments.
Drives sales through the speed of service and is ready for peak actions.
Formulate and implement a Bench Plan.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Clear Credit and Criminal Record
KFC Experience, preferably as a restaurant manager

The package on offer is dependent on the experience of the candidate and will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
