Key Account Manager

Marketing Department | Cape Town
An established and respected legal firm is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join its Cape Town branch. Previously known as a Public Relations Officer within the legal sector, this role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who thrives on client engagement, business development, and brand visibility.
You will be the frontline representative of the firm — building strong relationships with estate agents, maintaining existing client accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Strengthening and growing key client relationships
Identifying and securing new business opportunities
Keeping clients informed of relevant legal and legislative updates
Hosting and facilitating training sessions and events
Acting as liaison between clients and the branch
Managing marketing material visibility and client reporting
Generating leads and expanding the client database

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a similar client-facing or PR/marketing role
Industry knowledge (bonds, property transfers, estate agencies) advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong time management
Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially aware
Diploma or Degree in Public Relations or Marketing
