POSITION INFO:

Using your extensive service delivery experience, you will serve as a customer advocate in identifying customer needs and ensuring delivery through effective communication. You will oversee several key functions which include managing client relationships from a service excellence and operations perspective.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5+ years account management experience

Minimum 3+ years retail or payments related industry experience

Minimum 2+ years POS service management experience

Extensive experience in interrogating data and analytics for business and technical recommendations.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree

ITIL certification
