JOB SUMMARY:
Must have previous Key Account Management or Sales Experience within the Clearing & Forwarding Industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking to appoint a determined and driven individual that can secure and retain profitable long-term business.

Requirements will include:

Relevant sales / marketing or Logistics qualifications
Minimum of 2 – 4 years sales experience within Clearing & Forwarding
Proven track record (targets vs. achievements)
Professional and presentable with ability to liaise, negotiate and present at all levels
Own Transport with valid driver’s licence

Key performance areas will entail but not be limited to the below:

New Business Development - Prospecting, Client Profiling, Presentations, Closing
Solidifying and retaining of strong client relationships to ensure consistent long-term profitable trade
On-sell additional services within existing client portfolio
Customer query resolution management
Ensure sound product and related client market trade/business intelligence
Build strong interdepartmental relations to ensure smooth even flow of client requirements on operational , customer services and administrative levels
Administration Management (weekly, monthly sales reports)
