JOB SUMMARY:
Must have previous Key Account Management or Sales Experience within the Clearing & Forwarding Industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking to appoint a determined and driven individual that can secure and retain profitable long-term business.

Requirements will include:

  • Relevant sales / marketing or Logistics qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 – 4 years sales experience within Clearing & Forwarding
  • Proven track record (targets vs. achievements)
  • Professional and presentable with ability to liaise, negotiate and present at all levels
  • Own Transport with valid driver’s licence

Key performance areas will entail but not be limited to the below:

  • New Business Development - Prospecting, Client Profiling, Presentations, Closing
  • Solidifying and retaining of strong client relationships to ensure consistent long-term profitable trade
  • On-sell additional services within existing client portfolio
  • Customer query resolution management
  • Ensure sound product and related client market trade/business intelligence
  • Build strong interdepartmental relations to ensure smooth even flow of client requirements on operational , customer services and administrative levels
  • Administration Management (weekly, monthly sales reports)
