JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the Telecommunications industry has an opportunity available for a Key Account Manager to be based in the Port Elizabeth area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric
Tertiary education in Sales & Marketing
Min 3-5 years experience in ISP industry
New business development experience
2 years ISP management experience
Valid driver’s license and own transport
Valid passport and flexibility to travel Locally and Internationally

KPAs:

Provision of innovative solutions and service excellence to ensure effective franchise services for the Channel in an ever changing Environment.
Set and allocate agreed sales and service targets for the assigned regional account portfolio, identifying and reporting on possible problems and variances appropriately.
Establish / grow value of accounts within assigned regions.
Improve customer service delivery wherever possible
Ensure that assigned Dealer Agreements conform to compliance checklists
Identify the viability, sustainability and financial performance of accounts in the assigned regions and providing recommendations and putting corrective action in place as appropriate.
Ensure that expenditure remains within budget parameters.
Prepare reports on key performance areas as required regarding the assigned regional account portfolio.
Manage, monitor and control customer-related system efficiencies, and the measurement thereof.
Work consistently according to standards of accuracy, deadlines and formats
Recruit, develop and retain people with outstanding skills, qualifications and potential
