Key Accounts Facilitator: Response Handling

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Key Accounts Facilitator: Response Handling to be based in the Parktown, Johannesburg area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Degree
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in service solutions
• Stability and excellent communication skills and proven ability to build relationships within government and parastatal sectors
• Good understanding of the procurement / supply chain methodology and processes within the government parastatal sector  
• Previous experience in managing government clients with knowledge of internal processes and compliance
• Strong network to enhance response handling solutions
• Computer Literacy (Ms Office – Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Valid drivers license and own vehicle
• Commitment to excellence with outstanding work ethic
• Strong organizational skills with problem solving ability
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans, a third language will be an advantage
• Good relationships skills 

Duties:

• Identify and secure response handling projects across industries from inception to project delivery
• Identify leads in the response handling market
• Follow up on leads and secure meetings to discuss the varied phases of response handling that we can offer
• Attend appointments and secure response handling projects
• Identify, land and manage response handling client and accounts, in order to achieve growth across the various service offerings
• Responsible for identifying and developing response handling solutions by securing new business and managing existing business
• Draft and complete response handling presentations and prepare costing for clients
• Link the client strategic business objectives to their project needs 
• Conduct market research on upcoming learnerships within the public and private sector where we could offer response handling on varied phases
• Present the benefits of response handling which will complement the clients’ recruitment compliance to avoid audit queries on positions being filled
