JOB SUMMARY:
Do you have the experience maintaining solid relationships with a company’s key clients and being responsible for increasing revenue through the best business policies?
 
Our client with a highly successful business that rents out a leading product range is requiring a Key Accounts Manager to join their Management Team.  We require your excellent business and financial administration skills together with a strong track record of building successful client relationships.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric, plus relevant qualification
  • Min 5 years experience managing with Key Accounts
  • Excellent communication in English and Afrikaans
  • Exceptional business administration and finance acumen
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem solve successfully
  • Ability to build relationships and manage multiple key accounts
  • Excellent with client satisfaction
  • Highly organised
  • Exposed to marketing to increase sales within the business

DUTIES
  • Working alongside the Management Team
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities with key clients
  • Develop relationships with future key accounts
  • Addressing and resolving key clients’ enquiries or problems
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
  • Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client
  • Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met
  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements
  • Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals

Salary: R dependent on experience
