Are you a results-driven professional with a flair for relationship management proven experience as a Senior Key Accounts Manager? National suppliers of on-trend stationery and gifting consumer products, proudly servicing South Africaâs major retail chains and independent storesÂ is on the lookout for a dynamic, sales orientated Key Accounts ManagerÂ to drive growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and be a crucial link between the business and valued clients.

POSITION INFO:

What Youâll Do:

Build trust and long-term relationships with a portfolio of key national and independent retail clients
Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet their objectives
Grow existing client accounts by identifying opportunities and introducing new products or services
Ensure timely delivery of products and services while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Act as a communication bridge between customers and internal teams
Resolve issues efficiently to uphold client confidence and loyalty
Contribute to sales growth by securing new business opportunities
Prepare detailed progress reports, forecasts, and account metrics for internal and external stakeholders

What You Need:

DegreeÂ in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a similar field
Proven experience as a Key Accounts ManagerÂ in theÂ Retail industry
Strong background in sales and solution-based client servicing
A valid driverâs licence andÂ reliable own transport
Excellent understanding ofÂ merchandising principles and retail standards
StrongÂ organisational and problem-solvingÂ abilities
Advanced Excel skillsÂ and strong report-writing capability
Professional, presentable, and confident personality
Willingness to work overtime when needed and be hands-on in the trade
High attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure
