• Significant Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile Experience: Demonstrable expertise in Kotlin Multiplatform for developing mobile applications.
• Android Development Expertise: At least 3 years of professional Android development
• Kotlin MP Library Development Skills: Proficiency in developing and publishing KMP
• Tooling Proficiency: Ability to configure and debug Kotlin/Native and Xcode tooling, including understanding of linker and compiler issues.
• Production Experience: Proven experience in native app development and KMM in production environments.
• Community Engagement: Active participation in the Kotlin community through blog posts, talks, or open-source contributions.
• STEM Degree: A bachelor’s or higher degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field.
