POSITION INFO:

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support to users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 issues
Perform user setups, password resets, and workstation configurations
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians
Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation

Minimum Requirements

2–3 years’ IT support experience
Microsoft 365 support experience
Windows desktop support experience
Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, DNS, VPN, LAN/WAN)
Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Valid driver’s license

Advantageous

MSP environment exposure
CompTIA A+/N+ or Microsoft certifications
Active Directory and Windows Server exposure
Own reliable vehicle
