POSITION INFO:

ð§ What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver advanced desktop and network support to a wide range of clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Work across environments including Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Handle escalations, ticketing, and client support with confidence and clarity
- Document processes, issues, and resolutions thoroughly and accurately

What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in advanced desktop support (L2)
- Microsoft certifications (proof required)
- Own car and valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience supporting server environments, networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
- Familiar with ticketing systems and escalation workflows
ð Qualifications & Skills:
- IT certifications like CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft MCP, or similar
- Qualification in Computer Science, IT Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently
