POSITION INFO:
ð About This Role:
You’ll be part of an energetic IT operations team responsible for supporting essential business systems and handling escalations that require deeper technical insight. This role blends hands-on troubleshooting, systems administration, service delivery, and ongoing improvements to the IT environment. You’ll operate within Microsoft ecosystems, engage with cloud-driven technologies, and follow ITIL-aligned processes that shape reliable IT service across the organisation.

ð§° Key Duties & Daily Impact:

Resolve second-line incidents across desktops, servers, applications, and network layers
Support core network infrastructure, including VLANs, routers, switches, and VPNs
Conduct routine system updates, patching, preventative maintenance, and monitoring
Apply ITIL methodologies across incidents, problems, changes, and service requests
Collaborate closely with L1 analysts and escalate effectively to senior technical teams

ð¯ Your Expertise:

3–5 years of hands-on L2 support experience in a corporate environment
Microsoft certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure Fundamentals/Administrator, or equivalent)
Strong grasp of Windows operating systems, AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, and GPO
Experience with cloud-enabled environments (Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid setups)
Solid understanding of networking basics and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, routing, and wireless)
Exposure to ITIL principles with practical application in daily support
