Senior L2 Infrastructure Engineer

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Telecoms sector is seeking a Senior L2 Infrastructure Engineer on a contract duration of 5 months. 

The Senior L2 Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s IT infrastructure platforms including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments. The role ensures high availability, reliability, and performance of critical infrastructure systems supporting enterprise applications and digital platforms. The role also provides Level-2 operational support, troubleshooting complex incidents, and driving infrastructure improvements aligned with enterprise technology standards.

POSITION INFO:
Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (mandatory).
• Professional Certifications (preferred):

• Microsoft / Linux Infrastructure Certifications
• VMware / Virtualization Certifications
• Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• ITIL v4 Foundation

• 7–10 years’ experience in infrastructure operations or systems engineering.
• Strong experience managing enterprise infrastructure platforms.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization, server management, and storage platforms.
• Experience supporting hybrid or cloud infrastructure environments.
