L2 Support Engineer

JOB SUMMARY:
Port Elizabeth Based role: L2 Support Engineer (Information Security) 
An award-winning, and highly successful Cyber Security company based in the UK and Africa., offering outstanding opportunities for candidates of all levels within a dynamic and flexible working environment. 
You would need to have experience in a similar role ( IT support specifically information security). 

• Excellent problem-solving abilities; analysing issues, determining root cause, determining sustainable solutions etc.
• Self-starter who meets deadlines without intensive supervision, but also able to follow written instructions and procedures
• You will have experience within networking (LAN), wireless systems and associated technologies.
• Experience with leading manufacturers of Network, Firewall and Wireless technologies
