JOB SUMMARY:
A well-established business is seeking L3 Service Desk Microsoft Engineer
The primary objective of a L3 Service Desk Microsoft Engineer is to ultimately provide escalated support and provide proactive server and desktop administration, on all company Microsoft service offerings.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Own Vehicle and driver’s license
Microsoft Server and Azure certifications
CCNA / Fortigate NSE4 (Advantageous)
Strong documentation skills and deadline driven
Minimum 5 years working in an IT Service Desk environment

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary role is to provide advanced Microsoft support to all SLA clients
Customer centric, provide telephonic and email technical support in a professional manner.
Identify and provide proactive client management strategies, processes, and procedures
Provide 3rd line cloud and Infrastructure support
3rd line Active Directory, Exchange and SharePoint Online, Intune, and Azure administration
Monthly Server and Infrastructure maintenance across all SLA clients
A good understanding on In-house and 3rd party applications
Technical Lead on all internal and client Microsoft projects
Contribute to identifying growth opportunities initiatives
Design, document, implement, manage, and report on processes, procedures, and policies
Provide a mentor role to all L1 and L2 support tier staff
