SUMMARY:
Partner with HRD and Business to identify capability gaps and develop plans for closure working to actively identify solutions, track progress and monitor returns

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities

Works with Business Exec and HRBP to define learning needs and develop annual plan
Coordinates with Specialists to source /design appropriate solutions, obtains stakeholder alignment and executes against plan
Actively monitors and tracks progress against plan
Lead role & custodian of all L&D programmes in the SSA division
Identifies critical and future capabilities through SWP process with BU VPs
Work with BU VPs to identify solutions to capability gaps and set 3-5 year priorities
Provides steer and guidance to team on day to day learning management
Manages budget and AOP monitoring
Manages new hire experience through consistent on boarding practices monthly for both professional and frontline populations
Manages job transitioning within and across the business
Continuously upgrade & manage Sales Academy with sector support

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

3 yr HR related Degree/Diploma
Learning related qualification such as ETDP would be preferred
Min 5 years experience in HR preferably in a role requiring business partnership
Strong Critical thinking and project management
Strong planning and organizing skills
Bias for action & results
Strong collaboration, communication, influence and impact skills
Solution oriented, proactive work ethic
