LEGAL ACCOUNTANT

CAPE TOWN - NORTHERN SUBURBS

R 25 000 - R 30 000 CTC P/M

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Qualified SAIPA with articles completed
Knowledge of attorneys bookkeeping will be highly beneficial
In-Office position with working hours 8h00 to 16h30, 1 hour lunch
ABSA, FNB SB: Payments, recons, creditors, cashflow, monthly statements
Payroll: Salaries, contracts, employee files, leave, PAYE/UIF, etc.
Month-end recons, payments of creditors, salary recons, interest on director's loans, deed's office recons, E4 recons, management statements
Stock replenishments
Management of vehicles, receive stock orders, staff enquiries
Rental invoices, municipal accounts, COCT queries, VAT201, cashflow
Prepare for yearly auditors
