LEGAL BOOKKEEPER - TO START SOONEST

CAPE TOWN CBD

R 25 000 CTC P/M

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric is essential, with a tertiary qualification beneficial
At least 3 years' financial accounting experience in the legal industry
Afrikaans/English proficiency
LegalSuite (will be advantageous) and Excel
Candidate will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling the company’s creditors from a business and trust perspective
Petty Cash
Journals
A sound knowledge of Section 86(4) Investments is a must, as the job requires to invest clients monies
Bank Recons
Maintaining and reconciling all creditors (trust and business) timeously and accurately
Reconciling bank accounts and petty cash accurately and timeously
Investment platforms with the major banks is an advantage, especially Nedbank’s Corporate Saver
Being able to reconcile all of the company’s trust and business banking accounts on a daily basis
Capturing payments to trust and business bank accounts
Receipting (when required)
