LEGAL SECRETARY/EAST LONDON – Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to our legal team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of legal processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting attorneys with case management.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
- Completely fluent in English (typing and verbal communications)
- Dictation typing experience is beneficial
- Relevant legal Secretarial experience is beneficial
- Ability to prepare Statements of Account (Basic knowledge is essential)
- Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with legal practice management software (advantageous)
