Employer Description A manufacturer of food products Job Description My client is looking for a plant manager to take responsibility for the following broad areas: Production including smooth running of production planning Maintenance (including preventative management) and Asset Management Warehouse and Logistics areas Continuous Improvement Projects Ensure Food Safety and Regulatory Compliance within the Plant which is FSSC 22 000 certified Qualifications At least a relevant tertiary qualification - Operations, Production management, Commercial or other Technical Qual. Skills I am looking for a hands-on, active plant manager who will spend the bulk of his time in the plant, not sitting at a desk. THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE POSITION.
