Employer Description A Food Manufacturer Job Description My client is a dynamic company with an extremely high rate of innovation. They are looking for a Senior R&D Technologist who is extremely competent and able to move with multiple Development Projects in parallel. Development is often considered a support function in companies- for my client it is a key Commercial Driver and not a support function. Hence I am looking for a very competent person with at least 6 years Development experience. Broad functions: Product Development & Innovation Commercial Accountability - ensuring GPs are met, BOMs are correct and Costings are correct Compliance and Food Safety - management of allergen declarations, process validation and ensuring adherence to HACCP. Supplier Engagement and Cross-functional Collaboration Qualifications BSc in Food Science or higher Skills Able to juggle many balls across the 360° Development Cycle Detail-oriented Great Communication skills as you will be working closely with Customers Benefits Provident Fund
