SUMMARY:
A Line-Haul Fleet Controller is required to manage and optimise long-distance fleet operations. The role focuses on route planning, vehicle utilisation, driver coordination, and ensuring efficient, compliant, and on-time deliveries.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in fleet control or transport operations
Strong knowledge of route planning and fleet management
Experience managing drivers and coordinating logistics operations
Understanding of transport regulations and compliance
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
