  Essential functions:

  • The Operations Manager will be the contact point for all team members within area of responsibility (LVA Administration, LIFE). 
  • Responsibilities include , managing people, tending to operational requirements and executing on strategy and executive directives.
  Skills and Experience:

  Essential Qualification:

  • BCom/BA LLB

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • BCom/BA LLB
  • Admitted Attorney in Good Standing
  • Certified Fraud Examiner in Good Standing

  Experience required:

  • 5 Years of experience in Long and Short term insurance claims
  • 5 Yearsâ?? experience in dealing with regulatory body / Ombudsman queries and legal debates
  • 5 Years managerial experience  -  team bigger than 10 employees
  Other:

  Work environment:

  • Working from home/remote working â?? must go to office as and when.

  Physical demands:

  • Periods of sitting, flying, driving.

  Travel:
