Key Responsibilities Monitor and report on raw material, in-process product, final product, water and effluent parameters. Ensure the modification of thick liquor according to Process of Manufacture (POM) requirements. Monitor and report on chemical stock levels. Effectively manage subordinates and laboratory teams. Comply with production and safety procedures. Comply with the requirements of ISO and Quality Management Systems Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 with Core Maths and Physical Science . Certificate in Laboratory operations and procedures; Practical experience in a Laboratory environment within chemical manufacturing and supervisory experience. Health and Safety experience. Computer Literate in Microsoft 365 suite. Valid drivers license
