Labour Law Attorney

POSITION INFO:
Well established company in Sandton is looking for a Labour Law Attorney to join their multi-national team in their HR department

Minimum requirements:

LLB degree
Admitted attorney with 3 - 5 years'' post article experience
Must have experience with South African Labour Legislation (such as EEA, BCEA, LRA and Skills Development Act)
CCMA experience from conciliation through to arbitration is required
Labour Court Litigation is preferred
Must be computer literate
