Tech Lead | Flutter & .NET | Financial Services

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive the development of innovative digital platforms, mobile applications, and client-facing solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead technical strategy, mentor developers, and play a key role in digital transformation initiatives.

POSITION INFO:
If you're a hands-on technical leader with strong Flutter and .NET expertise looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced digital environment, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Lead system architecture, technical design, and development standards. Mentor and guide a team of software engineers. Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Design and develop web, mobile, and business-critical applications. Lead Flutter mobile app development for iOS and Android. Oversee app deployment and maintenance on the App Store and Google Play Store. Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, high-performing, and scalable. Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of emerging technologies. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 10+ years software development experience. 3+ years hands-on Flutter mobile development experience. Previous experience in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role. Strong expertise in: Flutter C# .NET \/ .NET Framework Angular SQL Server Microsoft Azure Docker \/ Kubernetes CI\/CD pipelines and mobile testing frameworks Experience publishing and maintaining production mobile applications. Ideal Candidate Strong software architecture and technical leadership background. Experience building secure, scalable, offline-first mobile solutions. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Passion for mentoring teams and driving technical excellence. Continuous learner with a keen interest in emerging technologies. Apply now!
