POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
Interface with customers to prioritize design resources and delegate tasks to engineering personnel
Direct and guide design engineers on technical matters, ensuring compliance with standards
Manage project timelines, communicate non-compliance, and take responsibility for technical soundness
Expertise in Electrical Wiring Design (2D, 3D, Schematics) and Control Module Integration
Organize and lead internal and external design reviews for soundness and compliance
Perform CAD Design (3D Modeling, Create 2D Drawings, Maintain Bill of Materials) within the customer's PDM system
Provide production support for custom order engineering requests and manage design projects (medium to long term), priority projects (short term), and administrative tasks

Skills & Experience:
8 to 10 years of post-graduate engineering design experience with a strong focus on wiring design and controller integration in the electrical design environment
Flexibility in overseas traveling for variable periods based on specific project needs

Qualification:
BEng/BSc/BTech in Electrical Engineering
South African Citizenship

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
