SUMMARY:
Our client in Jhb is seeking an IT Architecture and Integration Specialist to design and implement a cutting-edge technology stack for recognition programs and customer engagement initiatives. In this role, you'll develop integration architectures and oversee the seamless integration of diverse, world-class technologies, ultimately delivering a market-ready solution.

POSITION INFO:
This position requires a distinctive blend of IT integration expertise, vendor coordination, IT deployment, industry insight, and practical execution. A solid background in APIs and related IT skills is essential to guarantee a smooth customer-facing market launch.

Qualifications:

10+ years of hands-on IT architecture design and implementation, couples with operational management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT and Computer Science, or a related field
Proven ability with architecture design for POS integration solutions from Recognition Programs / customer engagement initiatives
Proven experience in integration cloud-based solutions with mobile app technologies, WhatsApp, financial systems like sage and associated database technology and POS payment solutions as well as call centre workflow and resolution.
Demonstrated proficiency in IT Recognition Programs / customer engagement initiatives
technologies and associated architecture and implementations
Advanced experience in managing multiple vendors for solution implementation purposes.
Integration.
Data privacy and security architectures and implementation.
Working knowledge and experience in vue2 js, Nodejs and loopback

System Integration: Collaborate with internal and external technology teams to integrate the program stack components and internal and external data feeds, including CRM, financial (Sage), e-commerce, and point-of-sale systems.
