Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of integrated project schedules
• Establish planning standards, procedures, and best practices
• Coordinate schedule inputs from engineering, procurement, and construction teams
• Monitor project progress and analyse schedule performance
• Identify critical path activities and recommend corrective actions
• Perform schedule risk analysis and scenario planning
• Prepare detailed progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders
• Provide leadership and mentorship to planning team members

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in project planning and scheduling
• Advanced proficiency in planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and planning methodologies
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
