A well-established company in property is looking for a Lead Response Consultant to join the team in the East Rand.

POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a Lead Response Consultant that will be a first point of contact for potential customers. Must have exceptional communication skills and a customer first mind set.

Requirements:
Matric Certificate
MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word
CRM proficiency - preferable
Solid understanding of Social Media Advertising methods
Proficiency with a VOIP Phone System
Proven track record of targets reached
2-3 years’ Contact Centre experience
Valid Driver’s License and Own Transport
