POSITION INFO:
This is a strategic executive leadership role responsible for designing and executing an integrated Digital, Data and Technology strategy that accelerates business growth, operational excellence and innovation for our client. You will champion digital transformation, modernise legacy systems, strengthen dataâdriven capabilities and ensure worldâclass technology service delivery aligned to the organisation’s longâterm goals.
Our Client is recognised for its pioneering approach to alternative risk transfer and its ability to empower clients with customised, endâtoâend insurance and riskâmanagement solutions. They are seeking a visionary Group Chief Digital & Technology Officer to champion digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

Lead and embed digital transformation, including modern architecture, cloud enablement, system integration and the adoption of AI, machine learning and predictive analytics
Oversee technology service delivery, governance, and compliance with architectural principles
Drive data optimisation, advanced analytics useâcases and digital decisionâmaking frameworks
Identify emerging technologies and assess their business value and applicability
Oversee modernisation of legacy applications through reâplatforming, refactoring and digital engagement

Requirements:

Postgraduate degree in Digital Transformation, Technology, Data, IT, Computer Science, Business or related fields
15 years' experience leading complex digital and technology functions
10 years' experience within insurance or financial services
Proven track record of driving largeâscale digital transformation initiatives
Deep expertise in agile methodologies, technology architecture, data optimisation and system integration
Experience implementing modern Technology, Data and Digital operating models
