Lead Studies Manager (Project Manager) - Limpopo
POSITION INFO:
We’re recruiting a Lead Studies Manager to direct and manage study-phase projects, ensuring alignment with best practice, compliance, and business performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead study-phase projects from initiation to delivery.
- Apply robust project management processes and methodologies.
- Manage risk, budgets, and project resources.
- Ensure compliance with SHE, MHSA, OHSA, and other applicable regulations.
- Foster stakeholder relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
Minimum Requirements:- B Eng (Relevant) – Essential
- Certificate in Project Management – Essential
- Management Development Programme – Essential
- 8+ years’ relevant experience in heavy industry, mining, or production environments
- Strong project management leadership experience
Desirable:- PrEng registration with ECSA
- PMP Certification
- Government Certificate of Competence: Engineering
